2 shallots
1 red onion
2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
3 Tbsps olive oil

2 Tbsps White vinegar
2 Tbsps Orange juice

Preparation steps

1.

Trim spinach and rinse, drain well. Peel the orange peel and remove the white outer skin completely. Cut into thin slices.

Peel the shallots and finely chop. Peel the onion and cut into very thin wedges. Combine oil with vinegar, orange juice, sesame seeds and shallots, season with salt and pepper. Let rest 5 min.

3.

Arrange orange slices with spinach on 4 plates. Distribute the onion wedges on top and drizzle with the salad dressing.
