Nutritional values

Beef is a great source of protein and iron. This trace element is needed for blood formation and many other important bodily functions. The peppers have immune-strengthening vitamin C, while the tomatoes provide cell-protecting lycopene.

Boiled potatoes, whole-wheat pasta, or natural rice are all great side dishes to include with this meal.
