1 tsp Truffle oil

150 grams Sour cream

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain well. Chop the fish finely and season with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, truffle oil, salt and pepper, then toss with the pasta.

Stir the sour cream and heavy cream with the lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Serve the pasta on plates with the caviar and a little cream. Serve garnished with parsley.
