- 300 grams light Mayonnaise
- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 250 grams Cucumber
- 350 grams macaroni
- 150 grams Frozen pea
- 100 grams Emmentaler cheese (or mountain cheese)
- 1 Apple
- ½ red Bell pepper
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- lemon juice (to taste)
- garlic cloves (to taste)
Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse and drain again. Place in a bowl. Cook peas in 50 ml (approximately 2 ounces) of boiling water for about 3 minutes.

Rinse cucumber and cut into small pieces.

Cut cheese into small cubes. Peel apple, cut into small pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice. Rinse bell pepper, remove seeds and ribs and cut into small cubes.

Mix mayonnaise and yogurt together. Peel garlic (to taset) and squeeze through a press. Mix into mayonnaise mixture. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.

Combine salad ingredients with the sauce and mix well. Let sit 30 minutes. Serve in bowls.
