- ½ cup Feta (crumbled)
- ½ small Red onion (peeled and thinly sliced)
- ¼ cup freshly chopped Basil (plus extra for garnish)

- 1 clove garlic cloves (peeled and pressed)
- 1 ½ Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 ½ Tbsps Red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsps good-quality olive oil

Preparation steps

Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain well and cool.

In a large, non-reactive bowl, toss ingredients together and season to taste with salt and pepper.
