2 Tbsps olive oil
500 grams Ground lamb

50 grams Soup vegetables (frozen, such as carrot, leek, parsnip or other aromatic vegetables such as celery or onion)
l Vegetable broth
1 can Tomatoes (400 grams)
½ tsp oregano
400 grams Lemon Pasta
½ bunch parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onions and dice. Heat oil in a frying pan and saute onions until soft.

Add ground lamb and saute, stirring, until crumbly, season with salt and pepper. Add soup vegetables, broth, tomatoes with their liquid and oregano to the pan, bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes on low heat. 

3.

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Rinse parsley, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop finely, add to the sauce. Arrange pasta with lamb sauce on plates and serve.
