400 grams Ground meat (mixed)
2 Tbsps olive oil
400 grams crushed Tomatoes
150 milliliters Beef broth
400 grams Rigatoni

4 Tbsps freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.

Peel carrot, onion and garlic peel. Finely chop onion and garlic and grate carrot. Rinse celery, trim and chop.

Heat oil in a pan and then fry ground meat in hot until browned and crumbly. Add prepared vegetables and fry together for 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes and broth and simmer for about 20 minutes until slightly creamy.

3.

Cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente.

4.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Add drained pasta to the pan, mix and serve immediately in bowls.

5.

Serve with Parmesan.
