250 grams mixed ground meat
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
500 grams Spaghetti
1 can peeled Tomatoes (about 480 grams)

Preparation steps

Peel the onion and dice. Slit the pepperoncini, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Rinse the rosemary and pluck the needles from the stems.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the ground meat until crumbly. Add the onion, pepperoncini and rosemary. Stir in the tomato paste and add the peeled tomatoes with liquid. Mash the tomatoes with a wooden spoon and let boil down to a creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to package instructions. Drain the spaghetti well and mix into the ground meat sauce. Serve immediately.
