Sea salt
1 handful Basil
3 garlic cloves
4 Tbsps Pine nuts
60 grams freshly grated Parmesan
olive oil (100 ml)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the penne in plenty of salt water until al dente. 

For the pesto, rinse the basil and pluck the leaves. Pat dry. Peel and coarsely chop the garlic. Roast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan over medium heat, until golden brown. Allow to cool. Puree the pine nuts, basil, garlic and cheese. Season with salt.

Drain the penne and top with the pesto. Serve garnished with basil.
