2 eggs (large)
2 Tbsps olive oil

2 Tbsps Caviar (according to preference)

2 Pots, 2 Small bowls, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Fine grater, 1 Sieve

Preparation steps

Rinse chives, shake dry and cut into very small rings. Grate cheese.

Cook noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions.

Bring 1 liter (approximately 4 cups) of water and vinegar to a boil. Break eggs into individual small bowls.

3 minutes before the noodles have finished cooking, add eggs to the boiling vinegar water. Remove pot from heat and allow eggs to poach in the hot water while the noodles cook.

Drain the noodles in a sieve, transfer back to the pot and mix with olive oil, cheese, chives and salt and pepper to taste. Place on a warm plate.

Lift eggs from water, drain and place on the noodles. Garnish with 1 tablespoon caviar and serve.
