300 grams Smoked salmon (sliced)
2 garlic cloves
olive oil

1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Peel the onion and cut into very thin strips. Rinse the arugula and spin dry.

Cut the salmon into thin strips. Peel the garlic and finely chop.

3.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and sweat the onion and garlic until translucent. Drain the pasta and mix with the onion and garlic. Then mix in the salmon. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice, Serve on a bed of arugula and garnish with dill.
