Preparation steps

Blanch peaches in boiling water, then rinse with cold water and rub off skins. Halve peaches and remove pits. Halve oranges and cut two thin slices for garnish. Squeeze juice from remaining oranges.

Mix rolled oats and wheat bran with yogurt and let soften briefly. Peel banana, break into pieces, and combine with remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. Divide smoothie among glasses and garnish with skewered orange slices. Serve immediately.
