- 2 ozs Yogurt (low-fat)
- 3 Tbsps Coconut milk (low-fat)
- ½ cup mineral water (chilled)
- 1 pinch Saffron
- Ice cubes

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Measuring cups, 1 deep bowl, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Pot
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse peach, then plunge briefly into a pot of boiling water. Rinse with cold water and peel off skin. Halve, remove pit and chop.

In a tall vessel, combine peach, yogurt and coconut milk. Puree until smooth with an immersion blender.
3.
Pour into a glass and top with mineral water. Add ice cubes and served sprinkled with saffron.
