- 2 ozs Dark chocolate (at least 70 % cocoa content)
- 2 ½ ozs Spelt flour
- 1 ½ ozs robust Oats
- 3 Tbsps ground almonds
- 2 Tbsps cocoa powder
- 4 Tbsps Canola oil
- 3 Tbsps sugar beet syrup
- 2 Pear
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
Preparation steps

Roughly chop the chocolate. Mix chocolate, spelt flour, oat flakes, almonds and cocoa powder. Add oil and syrup and work everything into crumbles with the dough hooks of a hand mixer.

Wash the pears, quarter them, remove the seeds and cut them into large pieces. Mix the pear pieces with cinnamon and lemon juice, put them into an oven dish or 6 glasses and cover with the crumbles.
3.
Bake pear-chocolate crumble in a preheated oven at 390°F for 20-25 minutes, remove and enjoy warm.
