1 Tbsp powdered sugar

Preparation steps

Preheat a convection oven to 100°C.

Rinse the pears, then thinly slice lengthwise. Place the the pear slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with the lemon juice. Bake in the oven for 4-5 hours with the oven door slightly ajar. You can do this by propping open the door with a wooden spoon. In the last 5-10 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the pears with the powdered sugar, and continue to cook until caramelized. Remove from the oven, let cool, and serve.
