Preparation steps

1.

For pears: rinse and dry pears, halve and core, remove some pulp with a melon baller.  

2.

Sprinkle pear halves with lemon juice. 

3.

For the cream: whisk cream cheese with yogurt until creamy. Crush blue cheese with a fork and add to cream cheese mixture. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

4.

Before serving, stuff pear halves with cream cheese mixture, sprinkle with pepper and paprika and garnish with sliced ​​walnuts. Serve.
