for
4
- Ingredients
- 200 grams Puff pastry dough
- 2 ripe Pear
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps Pine nuts
- 150 grams Roquefort cheese
- 4 sprigs thyme
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Thaw the pastry sheets, then stack them. Roll the sheets out on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 18 x 40 cm (approximately 7 x 16 inches). Cut into 4 equal rectangles.
2.
Rinse the pears, remove cores and cut into thin slices. Sprinkle the pears with lemon juice and arrange like roof tiles over the puff pastry rectangles. Crumble the cheese or cut into very thin slices and layer over the pears. Add a little thyme and pepper, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 20 minutes.
3.
Serve hot or warm, with wine if desired.
