3 Tbsps lemon juice
20 grams butter
2 tsps honey
2 Cinnamon stick
150 grams Orange marmalade
100 milliliters Whipped cream (minimum 30% fat content)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F) top and bottom heat.

2.

Cut the oranges in half and squeeze the juice.

3.

Rinse the pears, dry, halve and remove the seeds with a spoon. Sprinkle the cut sides of the pear halves with the lemon juice.

4.

Mix the butter with the honey, orange juice and cinnamon sticks in a baking dish. Top the pear halves with the marmalade, place in the baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

5.

Beat the cream until stiff and garnish the pears halves with it. Serve drizzled with the sauce.
