- 500 grams Beef fillet
- 2 yellow Bell pepper
- 2 red Bell pepper
- 250 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- Basil
- 200 milliliters dry white wine
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse beef, pat dry and cut into 5 cm (approximately 2 inch) long strips. Rinse peppers and cut into narrow strips peppers. Rinse tomatoes and cut in half.

Peel and mince garlic. Rinse chile and mince. Heat oil in a pan. Sear beef on all sides for 2-4 minutes over high heat. Remove and set aside. Add garlic, tomato, chile and pepper to pan and sauté for 2-4 minutes.

Rinse basil, shake dry and pluck leaves. Deglaze vegetables with white wine. Add basil and meat and season with salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes. Taste before serving and season as desired.
Divide into 4 portions and serve.
