If you wish, you can also prepare this delicious layered dessert with other types of fruit and adapt it to the season: For example, orange fillets, berries or peach wedges are also good for this.

Ingredients

- 2 Persimmon
- 1 ¾ ozs Brazil nut
- 1 oz Oats (2 TBSP.)
- ½ oz Almond butter (1 TBSP.)
- 4 Tbsps honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 ¾ ozs Dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa content)
- 10 ozs Skyr
- ½ Organic orange (peel and juice)
Preparation steps
Clean persimmons, wash and cut into very narrow wedges. Chop Brazil nuts and mix with oat flakes, almond paste, 1 tablespoon honey and cinnamon. Finely grate the chocolate.
Mix Skyr with remaining honey, orange zest and juice. Fold the chocolate chips into the skyr.
Pour about 1⁄3 of the cream into 4 glasses. Divide 1⁄3 of the Brazil nut mixture in the same way and place on top of the cream. Place 1⁄3 of the persimmon wedges on top. Layer all ingredients in this way and serve persimmon skyr trifle.
