Skyr with Nuts
Healthy, because

Nutritional values
The nuts and seeds contained in the Skyr dessert are rich in healthy fats that are good for the heart and blood vessels. In addition, like the quark alternative, they provide valuable protein that serves as a building material for the body.
You can get soy-based vegetable skyr in well-stocked supermarkets and health food stores. If you can't get any, you can also replace it with the cow's milk version. If you want to make the skyr dessert vegan, replace the honey with maple syrup.

Cut vanilla bean in half lengthwise and scrape out pith with a knife. Stir Skyr with honey, vanilla and cardamom until smooth. Whip the cream until semi-stiff and fold into the Skyr.
Remove nuts and seeds from oven and let cool for 5 minutes; then chop coarsely. Divide vanilla cream among bowls and enjoy Skyr dessert sprinkled with mixed nuts.
