1 Lime (juice)
2 tsps brown sugar
14 ozs Coconut milk
3 ozs Pineapple juice

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the pineapple, quarter, remove the core and reserve a few leaves for garnish. Cut the flesh into small cubes and freeze. 

2.

Remove the pulp from the aloe vera leaf and add to a blender with the lemon juice, brown sugar, coconut milk and pineapple juice. Blend until smooth. 

3.

Fill 4 glasses with the frozen pineapple and ice cubes. Pour the smoothie into the glasses and garnish with the reserved pineapple leaves.
