1 pkg pizza dough mix
300 grams Chicken breasts
Salt, peppers
2 Tbsps vegetable oil (and chopped cilantro)
1 bunch scallions
2 carrots
40 grams Peanut butter
4 Tbsps sweet and sour, hot Chili sauce
3 Tbsps soy sauce
1 pc ginger
100 grams soybean sprout
250 grams Mozzarella

Preparation steps

1.

Thaw pizza dough according to package instructions. Cut chicken breast into thin strips and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken strips lightly on both sides.

Rinse scallions, pat dry and cut into rings. Peel carrot and cut into thin strips. Mix peanut butter, chili sauce and soy sauce. Peel ginger and finely chop, then stir into peanut mixture.

Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread peanut mixture evenly over dough. Top with prepared ingredients and bean sprouts. Cut mozzarella in slices and arrange evenly over pizza, then sprinkle with cilantro. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (fan: 180°C, gas mark 3-4) (approximately 400°F), 20-25 minutes. To serve, cut into pieces.
