200 grams Plum
400 milliliters mineral water
4 tsps honey
2 Tbsps Potato flour

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the elderberries and remove from stems. Rinse the plums, quarter and remove pits. Place the elderberries and plums in a pot.

2.

Add the water and honey to the pot. In a cup, stir the potato flour with the cold water until smooth.

3.

Stir the flour mixture into the elderberry mixture. Simmer, while stirring, until thickened, about 2 minutes. Remove from the stove and allow to cool. Serve in dishes.
