- 1 kilogram purple Plum
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 5 cloves
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- 1 bottle Wheat grain
- ½ bottle Rum
Preparation steps

Remove the stones from the plums. Mix the fruit and spices in a sealable container, then add the alcohol. Make sure the fruit is covered entirely by the alcohol. Seal the container, and leave in a warm place for 2-3 weeks.

Drain the mixture through a fine strainer. Bring 200 g (approximately 7 ounces) of sugar and 250 ml (approximately 8 ounces) of water to a boil. Cool, then mix with the strained lquid. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.

Divide the liqueur into bottles, seal well, and let age for 3 to 4 months.
