18 ozs Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 Tbsps honey
2 ozs Walnut (chopped)
½ lemon (juiced and zested)
½ Cinnamon stick

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, pit and chop the plums. Place plums in a pot with honey, cinnamon stick, lemon juice, lemon zest and 5 ounces of water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool.

Mix yogurt with a few tablespoons of the plum compote.

3.

Remove cinnamon stick from the compote and distribute the compote among glasses. Top with yogurt and serve sprinkled with chopped walnuts.
