125 grams Cornmeal
½ l milk
½ bunch chopped parsley
butter (for cooking)

Preparation steps

1.

Combine the cornmeal with the milk in a pot. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until very thick, about 15 minutes. 

2.

Stir the parsley into the polenta mixture. Once cooled slightly, spread the polenta mixture onto a wet board. Allow to cool until set, about 1 hour. Cut into diamonds. 

Heat the butter in a skillet. Cook the diamonds in batches until golden and crispy on both sides.
