3 pomegranates
1 Orange
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp sugar (5 g)
1 stalk mint

Preparation steps

1.

Halve the pomegranates, and removes the seeds into a bowl.

2.

Squeeze the juice from the orange.

3.

Puree the pomegranate seeds with the orange juice in a blender.

4.

Pass the juice mixture through a fine strainer lined with cheesecloth into a bowl.

5.

Dip the edge of a glass with lemon juice, then dip in sugar. Fill with the juice mixture.

6.

Rinse and dry the mint. Garnish the pomegranate-orange drink with the mint, and serve.
