- 28 ozs mixed Mushrooms (porcini, chanterelles, mushrooms)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- clarified butter (for cooking)
- 4 Pork cutlets
Preparation steps
1.
Thoroughly clean mushrooms, wipe and cut into bite-size pieces.
2.
Season chops with salt and pepper and cook in hot butter about 4 minutes on each side. Keep warm.
3.
Cook the mushrooms briefly over high heat in hot butter while stirring and season with salt and pepper.
4.
Serve chops with mushrooms on plates.
