2 pork Cutlets
2 Apple
2 Tbsps lemon juice
200 grams purple Grape
1 onion

3 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the apples, quarter, core and thinly slice. Toss with the lemon juice.

Rinse the grapes.

Peel the onion and cut into rings.

4.

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large frying pan and sear the pork chops for around 3 minutes per side. Wrap in foil and keep warm.

5.

Add the remaining butter to the pan and sweat the onions until translucent. Add the apples and grapes and sauté over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Arrange the pork chops with the sautéed apples and grapes.
