1 yellow onion
2 garlic cloves
500 grams button Mushroom
300 grams shiitake mushrooms
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
200 milliliters Sour cream
salt
peppers
2 tsps thyme
500 milliliters Beef broth
parsley (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut pork into thin strips and cook in hot oil. Peel and slice onion and garlic. Add onion and garlic to pan and season with salt and pepper. 

2.

Rinse mushrooms and cut into quarters. Add to pork, sprinkle with thyme and pour in broth. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, season to taste and serve sprinkled with parsley.
