2 Tbsps butter
1 Tbsp Molasses (or brown sugar)
3 Tbsps dark Rum

Preparation steps

1.

Season pork with salt, pepper and thyme. In a pan, heat butter. Brown pork on all sides, stirring constantly.

Add 3 tablespoons water, rum and molasses to the pan. Cover and cook over low heat, stirring often, about 10 minutes. Serve with rice and sauce as desired.
