- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 stalks Celery
- 800 grams (predominantly waxy) potatoes
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 800 milliliters Beef broth
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 2 Tomatoes
- 300 grams Chorizo
- 1 Tbsp Caper
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Peel the onion and garlic and finely chop. Rinse, trim and chop the chile. Rinse, trim and slice the celery. Peel the potatoes and dice. Saute onion, garlic, chile and celery in hot oil for 1-2 minutes.

Deglaze with the broth and add the potatoes and thyme to the soup. Simmer about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, blanch the tomatoes hot water, peel, quarter, core and dice.
3.
Add the sliced sausage and capers to the soup and leave until done for 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve
