Ingredients
for
4
- Ingredients
- 800 grams predominantly waxy potatoes
- 400 grams Leeks
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 350 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- salt
- 1 pc fresh Horseradish (4-6 cm)
- 200 grams Hot dog
- 2 Tbsps coarsely chopped parsley
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and peel the potatoes and cut into bite-sized cubes. Split the leek lengthwise, rinse thoroughly and cut into slices. Sauté both in a large pan in some oil. Pour in the broth and simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes while stirring.
2.
Pour in the cream and season with a little salt.
Peel and finely grate the horseradish and add a teaspoon at a time to the pan. Taste repeatedly while stirring it in so it doesn't become too hot.
Cut the sausages into pieces, mix into the pan and heat through.
Transfer to plates or bowls and serve garnished with parsley.
