250 grams Dry sausage
2 onions
1 Tbsp butter
butter (for the pan)
300 milliliters Whipped cream
1 egg
50 grams Crème fraiche
salt
freshly ground peppers
100 grams freshly grated Cheese (such as Gruyère, Emmentaler)
2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.

Peel, rinse and thinly slice potatoes. Halve sausages lengthwise and cut into slices.

Peel onions, halve and cut into slices. Heat butter in a pan and saute onions until translucent. Remove from heat.

Spread potatoes with onions and sausages in a greased baking dish.

Whisk cream with egg and sour cream, season with salt and pepper, add cheese and mix well. Pour over potatoes and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
