1 kilogram starchy potatoes
70 Pastry flour
2 eggs

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Rinse the potatoes and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake for 50-60 minutes.

Let cool slightly and peel while the potatoes are still hot.

Immediately press the potatoes through a ricer.

Knead the potatoes, flour, eggs and salt into a smooth dough.

Roll small portions of the dough into balls. Roll the balls in flour. Bring a large pot of salt water to a boil. Place the dumplings in the water and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.

Remove from the water, cool slightly and serve.
