300 grams mature Cheese (red mold)
2 Tbsps Caraway

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the potatoes in salted water, rinse, peel and cut in half lengthwise.

2.

Lay with the cut side up, in a greased baking dish and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Cut the cheese into 16 disks and place on the potatoes. Shower with caraway seeds and bake under the broiler or in a hot oven, until the cheese melts and is lightly browned.

Serve immediately.
