100 grams Pastry flour

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onion and grate finely. Peel potatoes, rinse and grate finely. Mix onion in a bowl with potato, egg and flour and season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a pan. Place 2 tablespoons of potato mixture into the pan, flatten and fry on both sides until golden brown. Keep warm in the oven until all potato pancakes are finished. Serve with applesauce if desired.
