- For the salad
- 400 grams Green beans
- salt, peppers
- 3 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
- sprinkle lemon juice
- 2 tsps grain Mustard
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 red onions
- ½ bunch parsley
- For the potato pancakes
- 6 frozen Potato pancakes
- something vegetable oil
Preparation steps
1.
For the salad: Rinse, trim and cut green beans. Cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain, rinse with ice cold water and allow to drain well.

Mix vinegar with lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper and oil. Peel onions and finely slice. Mix beans with the marinade and onions and soak for 20 minutes. Rinse parsley, shake dry and chop. Stir into bean salad and season to taste.
3.
For the potato pancakes: Fry in oil according to package instructions and serve together with bean salad.
