300 grams waxy potatoes
salt
10 red, seedless Grape
120 grams air-dried ham (sliced)
2 Tbsps White vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
5 Tbsps olive oil
freshly ground peppers
½ bunch Cress

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes and cook for 30 minutes in boiling salted water.

Rinse and halve the grapes. Finely dice the ham. Mix the vinegar with the lemon juice and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Coarsely chop the cress.

3.

Drain the potatoes, and rinse under cold water. Peel, let cool, then finely dice. Mix the potatoes with the ham and grapes.  Add the vinaigrette, and toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place into glasses, garnish with the cress, and serve.
