For the salad
150 grams Smoked salmon
1 Cucumber
2 large, cooked potatoes
2 hard-boiled eggs
½ bunch Chives
100 milliliters Crème fraiche
salt
white, freshly ground peppers
For the garnishing
4 Tbsps Trout roe
½ Red onion (finely chopped)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut salmon and peeled cucumber into small pieces. Peel potato es and dice finely. Peel eggs and chop. Rinse chives and cut into rings. Combine salmon, cucumber, potatoes, eggs, chives and creme fraiche in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

2.

Place salad into small glass dishs. Garnish with chopped onion and trout caviar. Serve.
