- 800 grams new potatoes
- salt
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 small Lettuce
- 700 grams Smoked salmon (whole piece)
- For the dressing
- 200 grams Sour cream
- 50 grams Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 pinch instant Broth
- salt
- white peppers
Preparation steps

Rinse potatoes thoroughly and cook in salted boiling water, 25-30 minutes. Drain, rinse and cut into slices. Rinse rosemary, shake dry, strip needles from stems and chop. Mix rosemary with potatoes and melted butter.

Rinse lettuce, shake dry and tear into bite-sized pieces if desired. Break salmon into pieces. Mix together potatoes with lettuce and salmon. Divide salad among 4 plates. Place all dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle dressing over salads and serve.
