1 ⅕ new potatoes
Sea salt
100 grams Bacon (sliced)
2 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps freshly chopped cilantro
cayenne pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Scrub the potatoes and boil in salted water until done, about 25 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and leave whole, halve or quarter depending on size. Cut the bacon into strips and fry in hot oil.

Fold the potatoes into the bacon and heat until warmed through, about 4 minutes. Finally, stir in the cilantro and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Serve hot.
