Preparation steps

1.

Remove crusts from bread. Under broiler, toast bread until golden brown, watching carefully to avoid overbrowning, about 5 minutes per side. Let cool.

2.

Mix cottage cheese with horseradish. Season with pepper. Divide prosciutto among plates, spoon cheese over and sprinkle with lingonberries. Serve garnished with the toast and cress.
