9 ozs Puff pastry dough (frozen)
soft butter (for the pan)
5 tsps butter
4 Tbsps Calvados
1 Tbsp honey
2 sour Apple

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Thaw the puff pastry and roll out to the size of the buttered tart pan. Line the pan with the puff pastry.

Melt the butter with the honey and Calvados.

4.

Rinse the apples, quarter and core. Cut the quarters into slices. Spread in a fan-like design on the puff pastry. Brush with the Calvados butter and bake until golden brown, about 35 minutes. Every 10 minutes, remove from the oven and brush with the Calvados butter.

5.

Remove from the oven and serve either hot or warm. Cut into slices.
