2 Oranges
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
250 milliliters Orange juice
2 Tbsps Mustard seed

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and remove the seeds from the pumpkin. Cut into small cubes. Peel, halve and slice the onions. Peel the oranges with a sharp knife to remove the white pith and cut into pieces.

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and pumpkin, and cook until translucent. Add the orange juice and mustard seeds, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.

3.

Stir in the orange, vinegar and sugar, and simmer for 25 minutes. Divide between sterilized jars and seal.
