4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse fish, pat dry and cut into finger-width slices.

Brush a baking sheet with a tablespoon of oil. Place salmon slices on sheet. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice and remaining oil.

Bake in a preheated oven (electric oven 220°C, Gas mark 6) (approximately 425°F), 3-5 minutes. Serve salmon with oven-baked potato wedges, if desired.
