1 Fine grater, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Bowl, 2 Small bowls, 1 Tablespoon, 1 große beschichtete Skillet, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Tea strainer

Preparation steps

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash the green pepper. Slice it in half and remove the ribs and seeds. Chop the pepper into small cubes. Wash the chile peppers, slice lengthways. Remove the ribs and seeds and chop finely. Dice the bacon. Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the onion and garlic until transparent. Add the minced beef. Over high heat, brown until crumbly. Add the bacon, half of the chile peppers and the green peppers and fry briefly. Sprinkle the mixture with the flour, add the tomatoes and pour the vegetable broth on top. Cook for approximately 30 minutes over low heat stirring occasionally adding more broth if necessary. Put the beans in sieve. Rinse and dry them and add them to the chili. Cook for an additional 10 minutes. Season with the salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

Garnish with the reserved chiles and coriander. Serve.
