1 pinch salt
1 Cinnamon stick
3 Tbsps honey
600 grams mixed Berry (such as blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
3 Tbsps almonds
cinnamon (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the quinoa thoroughly in a colander. Bring the milk, salt, cinnamon stick and honey to the boil. Sprinkle in the quinoa, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes over low heat.

Rinse the berries and pat dry. Toast the almonds in a dry frying pan until fragrant, remove and cool.

3.

Serve the porridge with the berries, sprinkled with almonds and dusted with cinnamon.
