200 grams Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
100 milliliters Whipped cream
450 grams Yogurt (low-fat)
1 packet Vanilla sugar
8 tsps brown sugar
8 Tbsps brown Rum (orange juice)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and dry the fresh raspberries, or thaw the frozen raspberries.

2.

Divide the raspberries into 4 glasses.

3.

Beat the cream until stiff. Mix the cream, yogurt and vanilla sugar. Spread the cream mixture on the raspberries.

4.

Sprinkle the cream with 1 teaspoon of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of rum or orange juice. Serve cold.
